How much do delivery and installation cost?
Delivery and installation are free across the UAE, and the listed price for games and seating includes both. Remote areas such as Al Sila, Madinat Zayed and Al Qua'a have a 50 AED surcharge.
When will it be installed?
We deliver and install within 24 hours of order confirmation, and our installation team calls you before arriving.
How can I pay?
Cash on delivery, bank transfer on installation, or a Visa / Apple Pay payment link (3% fee). Instalments are not available at the moment.
Is there a warranty?
Yes, games come with a 1-year warranty from the installation date.
How do I know a game fits my garden?
Enter your garden's length and width in the “How big is your garden?” tool to see the games that fit. We recommend leaving about 1 metre clear on every side, and you can send us a photo of your garden on WhatsApp for help.
Do you offer a measuring visit?
Yes, in Ajman, Sharjah and Dubai we offer a measuring visit for 200 AED, deducted from your order when you confirm.
How do I order?
